This privacy policy sets out how we deal with your ‘personal information’, that is, information that could identify, or is related to the identity of, an individual.

What personal information do we collect?

In order to assist your treatment, we will ask you to provide certain information.  This includes:

 

  • Name

  • Gender

  • Date of birth

  • Home address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Medical history for homeopathy services. To this, over time, I will add details of the symptoms for which you have consulted me and the remedies  that I have prescribed.

  • Current wellbeing summary for coaching services and vocal sounding sessions.

How do we collect this personal information?

All the information collected is obtained directly from you.  Initial information about you such as name, email address, phone number is collected when you submit a contact form through this website or make an enquiry via email or telephone. More information is collected at the point of your initial consultation. The information is collected via a ‘new client form’ which we ask you to complete prior to or at the initial consultation.  At the point at which you provide your personal information, we will also request that you provide consent for us to store and use your data.  Your consent is required in order to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.  Subsequently, we will add to this initial information with details of the consultations you attend.

 

How do we use this personal information?

For homeopathic consultations, your personal information is used to analyse the symptoms for which you have consulted and to prescribe remedies.

For coaching services, your personal information is used to ensure that your sessions are tailored to the most appropriate and beneficial manner possible.

 

We will communicate with you by email, other digital methods, by telephone or by post.

 

With whom do we share your personal information?

We do not share your personal information.

 

How long do we keep your personal information?

For homeopathic services I will keep your information for a minimum of seven years after your last consultation, in accordance with the requirements of my insurance provider. 

How your information can be updated or corrected?

To ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date information, you need to inform us of any changes you believe we should make to the personal information we hold.  You can do this by contacting us for the services you have consulted with us by email and telephone.

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to inspect the personal information we hold about you.  You can make a request to do so by contacting us and we will endeavour to respond within 14 working days.

 

How do we store your personal information?

This information will be stored securely, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the GDPR either electronically or in hard copy.  We take steps to protect your personal information against loss or theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.

 

Changes to this policy

This policy may change from time to time, any updates will be placed on this website. This policy was last updated March 2019.
